Crash Boat Beach - Since the 1940's, this military port was used for the landing of troops and supplies due to its protected pier facilities and its proximity with the later Ramey Air Force Base. Today, Crash Boat preserves part of the ruins of its old portray structures. The place is blessed with pristine waters and a stretch of white sand that ends in a tropical forest; there, you can admire the colorful fisherman "yolas" known to be the best of its kind worldwide. There is plenty of parking during the winter season and make sure not to leave any valuables inside the car.
Ramey Base Golf Course (18 holes) - Ramey Air Force Base, still holds in perfect condition the officers 18 hole golf course which is located right in front of the Rafael Hernández International Airport in Aguadilla. Punta Borinquen topographical location is over the top of a massive plateau surrounded in part by the beautiful waters of the Mona Channel. While visiting these facilities, we advise you to go down to Borinquen Beach easily accessed by the road through the golf course. One of the attractions of this beach is the ancient ruins of the Spaniard lighthouse in front of a vast rocky shoreline.
"El Pueblo" Downtown - In less than five minutes, you can reach the traditional markets along the "Progreso" street near the old central "Plaza" with its Colonial Church; you can spend a whole day shopping around for jewelry, tropical clothing and handcrafted souvenirs made by local artisans. You may also find all the banking services that you will need while visiting the town. Another of the attractions of this town is the "Ojo de Agua" (water eye), this is an underground fresh water source that anciently was used by the Aguadilla Harbor in times of Spanish Occupation.
"Las Cascadas" Aquatic Theme Park - The biggest aquatic theme park of the Caribbean is located at a short drive from Hotel Cielo Mar. Make the most of your visit and enjoy the different attractions this park has to offer such as: the Crazy River, The Giant Waterslides and the Wave Pool to mention a few. The physical location is at Highway #2 in front of the city stadium.
Ice Skating Arena - Come and enjoy the unique ice skating track of the Caribbean. They offer fast food restaurants, Board and Skate Shop, Electronic games Room, Boxing Club, Exclusive aerobics Gymnasium for ladies. Also it offers Birthday activities, recreational and musical activities with lights laser show.
Columbus Park - Located in a small forest at the southernmost beach of Aguadilla. Over there you can stop in one of its famous beachfront "kioskos" and taste delicious Piña Coladas, Puerto Rican Liquors and savory traditional food. The park harbors a romantic boardwalk along the beach.
Aguadilla Mall - This shopping center located in the Carr. #2 toward Mayagüez and only 15 minutes away. It offers an extensive selection of stores as well as a great variety of fast foods, and has a movie theater. Ample parking and security.
